The Siak Prosecutor's Office Moves Corruption Prisoners Who Are Caught On Roads To Check The Sawit Bareng Kebun Kapolsek

SIAK - The Siak District Attorney's Office team transferred the detainee in the alleged corruption case of misappropriation of subsidized fertilizer named Suparmin from the Bungaraya Sector Police Detention Center to the Siak Police Rutan because he was found out with the Sector Police Chief.

Head of the Siak District Attorney's Office, Tri Anggoro Mukti, said that he immediately led the transfer. This is done so that the Adhyaksa Corps detainees leave the cell without coordination.

"Yes, that's right, for the sake of security and no more similar incidents have occurred," said Tri Anggoro Mukti, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, October 18.

Prior to the transfer on Wednesday (18/10) at 15.00 WIB, the Attorney General's Office of Siak first conducted a health check on the suspect Suparmin. This was done at the Bungaraya Community Health Center which was also in front of the Sector Police.

This is the second time this examination has been carried out by the Siak Kejari. The first was carried out on Tuesday (17/10) and also at the Bungaraya Health Center after there was a lot of news that Suparmin left the cell accompanied by the Bungaraya Police Chief AKP SelAMEt.

"Based on Tuesday's examination, Doctor of the Bungaraya Raya Health Center stated that Suparmin's condition was not in a state of emergency or serious so he did not require hospitalization," said Kajari.

The Bungaraya police chief was caught bringing out a prisoner in the Suparmin corruption case by car, Saturday (14/10). Initially, the detainee admitted to being sick so he was taken to the Tengku Rafian Siak Regional General Hospital, but was said to be closed.

After that they went to the oil palm plantation which was said to belong to Suparmin in Rawang Air Putih Village, Siak District. Based on photos and videos spread across messaging and social media applications, Suparmin was seen wearing a sarong and shirt without handcuffs.

Suparmin, who is a State Civil Apparatus at the Siak Agriculture Service, has been named a suspect in the alleged corruption of misappropriation of subsidized fertilizers in Kerinci Kanan District in 2021. He was named a suspect along with six other people.

Meanwhile, the Bungaraya Police Chief AKP SelAMEt for the incident was examined by the Siak Police Professional and Security Section. Furthermore, the Riau Regional Police Propam Division was also investigated.
