Ciputat Police Arrest Perpetrators Of Breast Robbery Still Underage

TANGERANG The perpetrator of sexual harassment experienced by a domestic worker (PRT) on Jalan Bukitziheh Blok D24 Rt 007/06, Serua, Ciputat South Tangerang, was arrested by members of the East Ciputat Police. The perpetrator with the initials JC, aged 16 years. While the victim is MAP, 18 years old.

East Ciputat Police Chief, Kompol Agung Nugroho said the perpetrator was arrested on October 15, at 12.00 WIB.

The police had difficulty arresting the perpetrators, for up to a month. However, in the end, the perpetrators were arrested when the officers received information that JC was around the Wira Complex, Ciputat, South Tangerang.

"It is true that the perpetrator has been arrested," said Agung when confirmed, Monday, October 16.

Agung said that the incident began when the victim was riding an electric motorbike with his employer's son to take him home. However, when he arrived at the crime scene (TKP), the perpetrator came on a motorbike and immediately approached the victim and abused him.

Luckily, the victim was alert so that the perpetrator failed to commit the sexual harassment. The victim immediately shouted and chased the perpetrator.

Unfortunately, the electric vehicle the victim was riding was unable to catch the motorbike he was riding. So at that time the perpetrator managed to escape.

"The victim had chased, the witness saw and the witness followed. The perpetrator brought his motorbike fast so it was not overtaken," said Agung.

Agung said the modus operandi of the perpetrator was to hold the victim's breast by carrying a motorcycle.

"The mode is while riding a motorbike, the perpetrator is holding the victim's breast," he said.

The perpetrator has been taken to the East Ciputat Police for further investigation.

"Follow up on what was done, secure the suspect and secure the evidence," he concluded.
