East Java Governor Khofifah: People Of East Java Have The Spirit To Innovate

East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa stated that people in his area have an extraordinary enthusiasm for innovation and productivity.

"I said that East Java is short because the people are extraordinary, because they are East Java so much better," said Khofifah, quoted from ANTARA, Sunday, October 15.

The commemoration of East Java's 78th Anniversary (HUT), he said, was an extraordinary appreciation to the people who had built this province together.

"I have nothing compared to people who have worked hard to make East Java even better, farmers, laborers, traders, businessmen and others, all who work to make East Java Rise," he said.

Previously, the East Java Provincial Government held a People's Party in celebration of the 78th Anniversary (HUT) of the local area by inviting the dancer Happy Asmara and free food for the community, Saturday, October 14 yesterday.

As of 20.00 WIB, the community has packed Jalan Pemuda, precisely in front of the Grahadi State Building, Surabaya.

On the right and left of the Grahadi Building, there are dozens of food booths that distribute 10,000 free meals to the public.

Apart from Happy Dormitory, the comedian from Maospati Madiun, Lies Hartono or who is familiarly called Cak Lontong, along with his duet friend Insan Nur Akbar or Cak Akbar, also entertained the residents of East Java with his signature jokes.

Happy Asmara came wearing a black suit that immediately greeted the residents who had been waiting for their appearance.

A series of songs he had performed helped enliven the East Java People's Party.

"Surabaya, how are you all, good right, I thank Mrs. Khofifah for being extraordinary, because today I can celebrate a joint event for all of us, may I ask for a round of applause," said the owner of the real name Heppy Rismanda Hendranata.
