DKI DPRD Reveals Fasos-Fasum Land At PIK As A Shophouse To Golf Course

JAKARTA - Member of Commission A of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Jupiter, revealed that there is land for social facilities and public facilities (fasos-fasum) which is the developer's obligation has not yet been handed over to the DKI Provincial Government.

Jupiter said the social-fasum land was located in the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area, North Jakarta. The asset land, he said, was commercialized again by developers to become shophouses to golf courses.

However, Jupiter did not reveal who the developer did not give up his obligations.

"For example, what should have been handed over to local government assets, but it was not handed over and then commercialized again. A golf course was made, a shophouse was made, then sold again. A plot was sold. It was a personal profit," Jupiter told reporters, Thursday, October 12.

Jupiter questioned the supervision of the DKI Provincial Government, in this case the North Jakarta City Government, which was considered not serious in collecting and inventory government assets from developer obligations.

Supposedly, the social-fasum assets should be handed over to the government and used by the interests of the community. This is also regulated in the laws and regulations.

"The social-fasum facilities must be handed over by the developer, which is required by law to be submitted to the local government. So, the fasum facilities in PIK 1 and 2. Which fasum social facilities have been submitted? Tell the public," he said.

Previously, the chairman of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, also asked the DKI Provincial Government to be more serious in collecting the obligation to hand over Social Facilities (Fasos) and Public Facilities (Fasum) to developers.

His nickname Pras assessed that so far the DKI Provincial Government is still very passive and not firm. Even though the facility is a DKI Jakarta asset that has the potential for regional income.

"This fasum fasos please collect the development assistant. It's like in Kemang and near the South Jakarta Mayor's office. I know that, because I'm blusukan," said Prasetyo during a discussion on the 2024 Regional Budget Raperda at Grand Cempaka, Bogor, West Java, Thursday, October 12.

On the same occasion, Assistant for Development and Environment of the Regional Secretary of DKI Jakarta Province, Afan Adriansyah Idris, explained that currently the authority to collect social-fasum facilities has been delegated to the Mayor.

"In principle, all collection of obligations is carried out by the Mayor. Well, the obligations charged are in the form of roads, channels and green open spaces," he said.
