Anyone Involved In The BTS Trial Will Be Examined, Including Dito Ariotedjo

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) is following up on legal facts revealed at the trial of the alleged corruption case of BTS 4G Kominfo related to parties suspected of receiving a flow of funds from the defendants by conducting development and deepening. Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office, Ketut Sumedana, as quoted by VOI from Antara, Sunday, October 1, said that it was possible that the investigators of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General's Office would examine related parties.

"We will develop all the information revealed at the trial and we will investigate it in its entirety and it is possible that we will re-examine the person concerned," said Ketut.

This examination, he said, was also addressed to individuals who were revealed at the trial.

These efforts, he continued, are in order to make clear a case and transparency clear.

"Including the elements disclosed in court so that it will be completely transparent," said Ketut

The former deputy head of the Bali High Prosecutor's Office emphasized that anyone who was revealed in the legal facts of the trial would be summoned and investigated for his role, including Dito Ariotedjo, who was mentioned by Irwan Hermawan, one of the parties he handed over Rp27 billion.

"Everything revealed in the legal facts at trial will be recalled and the roles concerned will be investigated," said Ketut.

Previously, Commissioner of PT Solitech Media Sinergy Irwan Hermawan was a witness to the crown in the follow-up trial of the alleged 4G BTS corruption case for the accused former Minister of Communication and Information Johnny G. Plate, President Director of BAKTI Anang Achmad Latif, and personnel of Human Development at the University of Indonesia Yohan Suryanto.

In his testimony, Irwan said that he handed over Rp27 billion to a person named Dito Ariotedjo.

"The last one is Dito. At that time I knew his name was Dito. Later I found out his name was Dito Ariotedjo," said Irwan in response to a question from Chief Judge Fahzal Hendri at the Corruption Court (Tipikor) at the Central Jakarta District Court, last Tuesday, September 26.

Irwan said the money was to cover up cases of alleged corruption in the project to provide 4G base transceiver station (BTS) infrastructure and package infrastructure 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 BAKTI of the Ministry of Communication and Information in 2020 2022.

Separately, the Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia (Menpora) Dito Ariotedjo respects the entire formal process to clarify the case of the 4G BTS Rasuah of the Telecommunication and Information Accessibility Agency of the Ministry of Communication and Information, which has now dragged his name.

"We must respect all formal processes. I have also been examined in July, have clarified and given information," said Dito Ariotedjo after attending the Pancasila Ceremony at Lubang Buaya, Jakarta, Sunday, October 1.
