Two Students Drowning In The Juwata Tarakan River In Search Of Basarnas

The Tarakan Basarnas team, North Kalimantan (Kaltara) conducted a search for the disappearance of two male students named Naufal (16) and Ridho (15) who drowned around the Juwata Tarakan International Airport River, Tarakan City.

"There has been a dangerous condition for two people to sink around the Juwata Tarakan International Airport River, Tarakan City, Kaltara when the incident occurred on Sunday, October 1, at 18.00 WITA," said Head of Operations and Alertness of the Tarakan Basarnas, Deden Harian, Sunday night.

The Basarnas team received information at 19.20 WITA and left for the location at 19.35 WITA.

He said the victims played and swam with his friends as many as six people including the victim.

Meanwhile, four survivors on behalf of Dimas, Fadil, Tio and Pandu.

"Two survivors were evacuated to the Tarakan Regional General Hospital on behalf of Dimas and Fadil," said Deden.

When the joint Basarnas team conducted a search for the two victims as far as 500 meters and the Juwata Tarakan International Airport River.
