JAKARTA - The PDI-P (PDIP) will use artificial intelligence (AI) in the 2024 General Election (Pemilu). This applied technology is used to win people's votes.

This was conveyed by PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto after listening to closed directions from PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri at the PDIP National Working Meeting on Saturday, September 30. According to him, this step will be led by the PDIP Deputy Secretary General, Arief Wibowo.

"Today, a discussion is being carried out on the use of artificial intelligence in elections, winning elections, in organizing the people," Hasto told reporters at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta.

Although it will use the latest technology, PDIP cadres will still be assigned to the community. "They have to move to win the party and Ganjar Pranowo who is a presidential candidate (candidate)," said Hasto.

"Stay the same (its duties). Go down, unite with the people to win Mr. Ganjar Pranowo and the PDI-P," he said.

In addition, PDIP cadres also received an assignment from Megawati. They were asked to try to make Indonesia sovereign in the food sector and build human resources (HR).

"Three pillars of the party must move without hesitation," said Hasto.

"Move with confidence, full of narrative, realizing a sovereign Indonesia in the food sector and the importance of building the quality of Indonesian human resources through improving the quality of education, mastery of science, research and innovation, and the party solving people's problems," he concluded.
