Asking For IDR 50 Million, Paspampres Person Sends Video Of Imam Masykur's Torture To His Mother

JAKARTA - A member of Paspampres, Praka Riswandi Manik or Praka RM and two members of the TNI had recorded the persecution or torture carried out by them against an Acehnese named Imam Masykur. The video of Imam Masykur's persecution was sent by Praka Riswandi Cs to Fauziah, Imam Masykur's mother.

While sending the video, the three perpetrators blackmailed Fauziah in the amount of Rp. 50 million to redeem Imam Masykur, which they confiscated.

"The deceased called after sunset. After being called, a video of the persecution was sent," said Fauziah in a statement at Pomdam Jaya, Jakarta, Tuesday, September 26.

Fauziah, admitted that she was unable to see the video of the persecution of Imam Masykur by Praka RM.

"Mother can't watch the video," said Fauziah.

Fauziah said the perpetrator called him again, but he was on his way. When asked for a ransom, Fauziah tried to find the Rp 50 million loan and asked the perpetrator not to torture her child.

"The four mothers called there, and the suspect said'send money if you love your children, send money'. Yes (send money), I said don't hit your mother's child again," Fauziah said when she called at that time.

As a person who lives in a village in Aceh, he gets Rp 50 million. However, Fauziah is still trying to find money to redeem her child.

"Never mind Rp 50 million, even Rp 1,000 you don't have money," he said.

Fauziah said the last contact with the child on Saturday (12/8/2023) at 21.30 WIB. Fauziah could not fulfill the request for ransom from the perpetrators. Fauziah tried to call Imam Masykur's phone number, but the child's number was no longer active.

It was later discovered that Imam Masykur was tortured by the perpetrators to death. The victim was then dumped in the Jatiluhur Reservoir, Purwakarta, West Java.

Fauziah and her family hope that the Military Court can impose a maximum sentence for the barbaric behavior committed by Praka Riswandi Manik and other suspects. Fauziah hopes that the perpetrators who are charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning premeditated murder will be sentenced to death.

"Hopefully the mother will be punished to the fullest what has been done to the mother's child until she dies," he hoped.

In this case, members of the State Protocol Guard Battalion, Praka Riswandi Malik or RM (Riswandi Malik), and two other members of the TNI, namely members of the Topographic Directorate of the Indonesian Army Praka HS, and members of the Iskandar Muda Regional Military Command Praka J have been named suspects. The three suspects were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code concerning premeditated murder.

Meanwhile, three other civilian suspects are being handled by Polda Metro Jaya, namely AM and Heri as collectors of the proceeds of crime and Zulhadi Satria Saputra alias MS who is Praka RM's brother-in-law. The family and legal counsel hope that the perpetrators can be punished to the maximum, namely the death penalty or life imprisonment.
