DPRD Will Select 41 Proposals For The DKI Provincial Government Raperda To Be Discussed In 2024

JAKARTA - The Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the DKI Jakarta DPRD received 41 proposals for a draft regional regulation (Raperda) from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

This Raperda proposal will be selected to be included in the 2024 regional regulation formation program (propemperda) and discussed together next year.

Deputy Chairperson of the DKI Jakarta Provincial BapemperdavDPRD Abdurrahman Suhaimi said that the 41-RAperda executive proposals will be combined with proposals from the nine factions that exist and are selected on a priority scale to then be confirmed to be included in the 2024 Propemperda.

"Yes, this is a positive suggestion, both from the executive, later we will combine it from the proposed factions that voice the needs of the community," said Suhaimi in his statement, quoted on Sunday, September 24.

Meanwhile, Acting Head of the Legal Bureau of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretariat, Fadjar, said that some of the proposed regional regulations are mandatory regional regulations that must be discussed every year.

Some of the total 41 proposed regional regulations proposed are mandatory, including the APBD. The rest is also a delegation regional regulation, namely tax and retrebusy which is a mandate from Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and the Regional Government," said Fadjar.

More specifically, the 41 proposals include the Raperda on the 2024 budget year APBD, the Raperda on Amendments to the 2024 budget year APBD, the Raperda on the 2025 budget year APBD, the Raperda on Accountability for the Implementation of the 2023 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, the Raperda on the Utilities Network, the Raperda on Electronic Traffic Control, and the Raperda on the Transportation Master Plan.

Then, the Raperda on Management of Regional Property, the Raperda on Changes in the Form of Limited Companies Food Station Tjipinang Jaya to Limited Liability Companies Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda), the Raperda on Revocation of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 1992 concerning Arrangement and Management of the Thousand Islands of Kotamadya North Jakarta, the Raperda on Revocation of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2011 concerning Population Registration and Civil Registration, and the Raperda on Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning Preservation of Betawi Culture.

Then, the Raperda concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2010 concerning the Participation Deliberation Institution, the Raperda concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2009 concerning the Regional Health System, the Raperda concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 3 of 1986 concerning Civil Servant Investigators in DKI Jakarta Province, the Raperda on Limited Companies Mass Rappid Transit Jakarta (Regional Government), and the Raperda on Amendments to the Legal Form of Limited Transjakarta Airport Law to Limited Transjakarta (Perseroda).

Furthermore, the Raperda concerning Non-Smoking Areas, the Raperda on the Implementation and Management of Education, the Raperda on the Implementation of the Food System, the Raperda on Wastewater Management, the Raperda on Drinking Water Management, the Raperda on the Implementation of Legal Aid, the Raperda on the Implementation of Family Development, the Raperda on Ease of Doing Business, the Raperda on the General Plan for Regional Energy for DKI Jakarta Province, and the Raperda on the DKI Jakarta Provincial Industrial Development Plan 2023-2043.

Also, the Raperda on the Regional Spatial Plan for the Special Capital Region of Jakarta in 2022-2042, the Raperda on Flats, the Raperda on Regional Taxes and Regional Retribution, the Raperda on Providing Incentives and Ease of Investment in DKI Jakarta Province, the Raperda on the Abadi Food Fund, the Raperda on Facilitation of Prevention, Circulation, Control, and Abuse of Narcotics and Narcotics Precursors, and the Raperda on Community Participation in the Implementation of Regional Governments.

Furthermore, the Raperda on the Arrangement and Empowerment of Street Swords, the Raperda on Regional Archives, the Raperda on Public Order, the Raperda on the Revocation of Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2010 concerning Buildings, the Raperda on Regional Capital Participation to PT JIEP, and the Raperda on Amendments to the Establishment of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.
