The Closeness Of Windy Idol And The Inactive Secretary Of MA Hasbi Hasan Was Investigated By The KPK

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the closeness between singer Windy Yunita Bastari or Windy Idol and the inactive Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Hasbi Hasan. This effort was carried out in connection with the bribery case that was being investigated.

"Witnesses were present and their knowledge was explored, among others, they were still related to the initial and introductory process to the closeness of witnesses to the suspect HH," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Friday, September 22.

Ali did not specify the closeness between the witness and the suspect. However, Windy is known to be frequently summoned by investigators in this case and asked for information about the Athens Jaya Production production house.

This was conveyed when he was questioned on August 15. "The question is more or less the same, the one that was previously more about not the flow of funds. More about this is the company that is Athens Jaya," Windy told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, at that time.

There are several things that investigators want to do, said Windy. "It's like how for him (the production house, ed)," he said.

Windy did not want to elaborate further on the examination. Including, the question of whether or not there are questions related to the source of the funds used to make the business.

"Just ask me later," he said.

As previously reported, Hasbi has been detained at the KPK's Red and White House Detention Center (Rutan). He is suspected of receiving Rp3 billion of money out of a total of Rp11.2 billion received by former Commissioner of PT Wika Beton, Dadan Tri Yudianto.

The anti-corruption commission suspects that the gift occurred after he was asked to oversee the appeal of the Inti Dana Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) manager, Budiman Gandi Suparman. The process began when the Debtor of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative, Heryanto Tanaka, contacted Dadan Tri Yudianto.

Heryanto asked Budiman to be found guilty in the cassation lawsuit. Dadan finally wanted to help on condition that he received the reward in the form of money.

Furthermore, Heryanto and Dadan discussed the arrangement of this cassation lawsuit at Theodorus Yosep Parera's office, which is a lawyer. Dadan at that time called Hasbi Hasan.

Finally, there was a handover of money until Heryanto won the cassation lawsuit. Budiman was found guilty and sentenced to 5 years in prison.
