General Manager of KCIC Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa said that prospective passengers who want to go to Halim High Speed Train Station can go through DI Panjaitan road access.
"This road has been opened to the public," he said in an official statement, Sunday, September 17.
Meanwhile, for people in the Bandung area, said Eva, KCIC is working with various parties to make it easier for people to reach Tegalluar Station.
"Together with Damri, KCIC provides 8 shuttle fleets that can be used by the community to go to Tegalluar Station with Damri Soekarno-Hatta Pool departure points," he said.
Apart from Damri, continued Eva, cooperation was also carried out with Summarecon which provided 4 units of medium buses in collaboration with Blue Bird with Mall Summarecon departure points.
"The presence of this shuttle is one part of the integration between modes which will also be implemented when the Fast Train is fully operational," he said.
Not only using a shuttle, said Eva, vehicles going to Tegalluar Station can also go through the KM 149 toll exit towards cileunyi which operates from 07.00 to 17.00 WIB.

Eva said the limited prepared quota is 500 seats for every fast train trip. During the limited rapid train trial period with passengers taking place, KCIC provides four round-trip travel schedules (PP) every day.
A total of 8 train trips operate every day during the trial period which will last until September 30, 2023. Two of them are the departure of Halim Station and the other two are departing Tegalluar Station with the following departure time:
1. Halim-Tegalluar Station Relations PP: 09.00 WIB and 14.00 WIB
2.Relations of Tegalluar-Halim PP Stations: 09.00 WIB and 14.00 WIB
Eva said that people who want to take part in this rapid train trial activity can register through the site prepared by KCIC.

Furthermore, Eva said registration would be opened in stages, with the following conditions:
1. Phase 1 registration opens from Sunday 17 September 2023 for the departure schedule from 18 to 24 September 2023
2. Phase 2 registration opens on September 24 for departure from September 25 to 30, 2023
3. After registering, prospective passengers will get an email as proof of registration
4. One registrant can place an order for a maximum of 2 passengers.
5. One NIK can only place an order once during the trial period
6. Orders are required to fill in personal data and choose the departure schedule and agree to applicable terms and conditions.
7. Travel is valid round and must follow according to train schedule
8. On the D day of the trip, prospective passengers are required to verify with KCIC officers by showing proof of registration and identity card
