Trial Registration For The General Public Opened, Here's How To Register To Try KCIC

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) has opened registration for the rapid rail operation trial for the general public. People can try to take trains at high speeds of up to 350 km per hour for free.

KCIC General Manager Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa said the free-paid high-speed train trial with passengers would be carried out until September 30, 2023.

"The limited quota prepared is 500 seats for every high-speed train trip," he said on the official train, Sunday, September 17.

Eva said that during the limited trial period for Fast Trains with passengers, every day KCIC provides four round-trip travel schedules (PP).

"A total of 8 train trips operate every day during the trial period which will last until September 30, 2023," he said.

Of the four schedules, continued Eva, two of them were the departure of Halim Station and the other two departed for Tegalluar Station with the following departure time:

1. Relations of Halim-Tegalluar Station PP: 09.00 WIb and 14.00 WIB2. Relations of Tegalluar-Halim PP Station: 09.00 WIB and 14.00 WIB

How to Register

Eva said that people who want to take part in this rapid train trial activity can register through the site prepared by KCIC.

"Registration can be done through the website http://ayonaik.kcic.co.id/," he said.

Furthermore, Eva said registration would be opened in stages, with the following conditions:

1. Phase 1 registration opens from Sunday 17 September 2023 for the departure schedule from 18 to 24 September 2023

2. Phase 2 registration opens on September 24 for departure from September 25 to 30, 2023

3. After registering, prospective passengers will get an email as proof of registration

4. One registrant can place an order for a maximum of 2 passengers.

5. One NIK can only place an order once during the trial period

6. Orders are required to fill in personal data and choose the departure schedule and agree to applicable terms and conditions.

7. Travel is valid round and must follow according to train schedule

8. On the D day of the trip, prospective passengers are required to verify with KCIC officers by showing proof of registration and identity card

To ensure the safety of passengers, continued Eva, the people in the travel manifest are protected by travel insurance. Therefore, it is important for prospective passengers to fill in their personal data properly and correctly when registering.

Prospective passengers are also advised to pay attention to the chosen high-speed train schedule and arrive no later than an hour before the scheduled departure to avoid queues when the data verification process for prospective passengers is carried out.
