Prosecutors Again Delay The Judicial Session Of AKBP Achiruddin Because Of This

The Public Prosecutor of the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office has again suspended the trial of AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan's demands with the case of allowing his son Aditiya Hasibuan to persecute the Ken Admiral victim.

"The reason is because the defendant wants the trial offline, we ask for the trial of the charges online," said Public Prosecutor Rahmi Shafrina at the Medan District Court, North Sumatra, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, September 13.

The online trial could not be separated from the defendant when the trial was offline arrogant and shouted at the prosecutor as if he did not respect the trial.

"So as a team, we deliberated to decide to read the charges online, because there is no need for witness testimony or defendants, later it can also be denied by pledoi," he said.

Meanwhile, AKBP Achiruddin's legal adviser, Joko Pranata Situmeang, said the defendant Achiruddin asked for the trial to be conducted offline.

"That is the defendant's request so that everything can be seen by the wider community and the media," he said.

Meanwhile, the panel of judges chaired by Oloan Silalahi scheduled to resume Achiruddin Hasibuan's trial on Wednesday, September 18, 2023, with an agenda for reading the charges.

In the indictment, it started on December 11, 2022, when Ken Admiral sent a chat via Instagram regarding an Aditiya photo upload with Savira Husna who was Ken Admiral's close friend. However, Ken was emotional about the statement, and there was an argument in social media.

On December 21, 2022, Ken Admiral and Aditiya met at a fast food place in the Ringroad Medan area. From the meeting, Ken's car was damaged.

At 02.30 WIB Ken Admiral and his friend visited Aditiya's residence on Jalan Guru Sinumba, Medan to ask for accountability.

AKBP Achiruddin also checked the condition of Ken's car while ordering Aditiya's brother, Arya, to call Aditya. Aditya left the house.

However, instead of solving the problem, AKBP Achiruddin even told Nico Setiawan to take a weapon to his room.

Not long after the weapons were taken, Ken and Aditya fought. As a result, a fight caused Ken to get injured. As a result of the struggle, Ken suffered injuries to his body. Meanwhile, AKBP Achiruddin seemed to let the fight go.

As a result of AKBP Achiruddin's actions, the defendant was charged with Article 351 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code for primary charges.

Or Article 351 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code or second, Article 335 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code contains a subsidiary indictment.

Previously, on May 2, 2023, the North Sumatra Regional Police (Polda) decided to dishonorably dismiss (PTDH) AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan for violating the Police code of ethics regarding the behavior of allowing suspect AH to abuse Ken Admiral.
