KPK Invites The Public To Report Allegations Of BTS Corruption Security

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has invited the public to report allegations of securing the BTS Bakti Kominfo corruption case which allegedly dragged the Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Dito Ariotedjo. Anyone who has evidence does not need to hesitate. "In principle, in this case, anyone who has initial data information from alleged corruption is wide open. Please report it to the existing facilities," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters at the KPK's Red and White House, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Monday, August 4. Ali said reports could be submitted in various ways. Among them through the call center, the KPK website or directly to the Community Complaints Service Center (PLPM). It is certain that every corruption report that comes in will be dealt with. "Because in principle law enforcement against corruption is not carried out by the KPK alone, but also with other law enforcement as well as community participation," he said. "The role and the community is to report allegations of corruption with the conditions determined accompanied by initial data. We will further develop the information and data in question," Ali continued. As previously reported, the South Jakarta District Court (PN) rejected a pretrial lawsuit related to the alleged termination of the investigation of the Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Dito Ariotedjo in the 4G Kominfo BTS corruption case. This lawsuit was filed by the Indonesian Law Enforcement, Supervisory, and Enforcement Agency (LP3HI). With the defendant, the Attorney General's Office (AGO) and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). "To try, in the main case rejects the defendant's pretrial in its entirety," said Tunggal Judge Hendra Utama Sutardodo during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, August 29.

The pretrial lawsuit was rejected because there has been no termination of the process of investigating the alleged corruption case. Especially the handling at the AGO.
