JAKARTA - The case files for the twins Rinahana and Rihani in the alleged fraudulent iPhone buying and selling mode have been declared complete. Polda Metro Jaya is preparing for stage two or delegation of suspects and evidence.

"Currently, investigators are preparing for stage 2 and of course coordinating with the prosecutor," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko when confirmed, Thursday, August 31.

However, regarding the timing of the delegation of the suspects, Riana and Rihani, the spokesman for the Polda Metro Jaya has not detailed it. Trunoyudo only emphasized that investigators were still coordinating this matter.

It was only conveyed, if the case files of the two suspects had been declared complete by the research prosecutor as of August 30, yesterday.

"Yesterday, it was declared complete," said Trunoyudo.

With the complete case files, the twins Riana and Rihani will soon undergo trial. They will be held accountable for the alleged fraud they committed.

As a reminder, Riana and Rihani were arrested at the M-Town Residence Gading Serpong Apartment unit, Tangerang, Banten, Tuesday, July 4.

Based on the results of the examination, the twins used a ponzi scheme when in action.

Both of them went viral on social media because they were involved in iPhone fraud with the Pre-Order (PO) mode. The total loss of the victims reached Rp35 billion.
