Prabowo Proposed The Name Of The Forward Indonesia Coalition, Directly Approved By Zulhas-Airlangga

JAKARTA - The name of the Forward Indonesia Coalition was announced by the General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto, as the new face of the coalition after the joining of PAN, Golkar, and the United Nations. This name replaces the name of the Greater Indonesia Awakening Coalition (KKIR) which was formed by Gerindra and PKB in the past.

As told by the Secretary General of the Gerindra Party, Ahmad Muzani, the discussion about the name of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition appeared before the PAN 25th Anniversary starting on Monday, August 28 evening.

Prabowo, PAN Chairman Zulkifli Hasan, Golkar Chairman Airlangga Hartarto, and UN Chairman Yusril Ihza Mahendra are still waiting for the arrival of PKB Chairman Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) who is still undergoing a national coordination meeting to win the election of his party.

While waiting for Cak Imin, the four party leaders opened talks on the new name of the coalition replacing KKIR. The name of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition emerged proposed by Prabowo.

"The name was discussed jointly by Pak Prabowo, proposed by him, what if our coalition becomes an Advanced Indonesia Coalition," Muzani told reporters, Monday, August 28 evening.

The three party leaders immediately agreed to Prabowo's proposal for the name of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition. However, Cak Imin was not yet present at the location. Until finally Zulhas decided to start the PAN Anniversary event.

Thirty minutes later, Cak Imin was only three at the location. He was immediately embraced and hugged by Prabowo, Zulhas, and Airlangga in the front row of seats. After that, Prabowo whispered with Cak Imin, giving the coalition a new name, before finally reading his speech and announcing the Advanced Indonesia Coalition.

"So when Mr. Muhaimin arrived, he was whispered about what those figures had been talking about. I don't know what Mr. Muhaimin was talking about with Pak Prabowo and Pak Prabowo to announce the name of the Forward Indonesian Coalition in front of this PAN birthday forum," explained Muzani.

Furthermore, Prabowo also realized that the name of the Forward Indonesia Coalition plagiarized the name of President Joko Widodo's cabinet, namely the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet. However, this name is still used considering that Prabowo wants to continue Jokowi's government program, especially in increasing resources and eradicating poverty.

"The name is now Joko Widodo's cabinet in the Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin government, because the spirit is to continue the current programs of the Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin government," explained Muzani.
