"Currently, we have detained KSN and evidence for further legal proceedings. Meanwhile, the seven PMIs were handed over to the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center in Pontianak, to be sent back to their area of origin," said Hendrawan.
The suspect was charged with Article 81 of Law Number 18 of 2017 concerning the protection of Indonesian migrant workers with a maximum threat of 10 years in prison and a maximum fine of IDR 15 billion.
