Investigate Gangsters In Warakas Jakut, Police Pocket Identity Of Perpetrators

Police are still hunting for a group of motorists suspected of being gangsters who slashed two residents in the Warakas area, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sector Police, AKP Alex Chandra, admitted that his party had pocketed the identity of the perpetrator. Currently, it is still being chased.

"The identity (bagged) of the perpetrator is 10-15 people, now in pursuit," Alex said when confirmed, Sunday, August 27.

Alex said the modus operandi of a group of motorcyclists was to hit a potential victim. After the victim fell, they immediately attacked him

"The victim was hit from behind, fell and then stabbed," he said.

Regarding the gangster's motive for committing the crime, he suspects they have a grudge against the victim.

"The cause is because of revenge) this is still possible. It's probably a brawl problem," he concluded.

He added that the stabbing took place at two crime scenes (TKP).

"The victims of two men are all different places but the location is not far away," said Alex.
