JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court (PN) will confiscate Guruh Soekarnoputra's House, Thursday, August 3, this morning. Dozens of sympathizers of Guruh's House were present at the location.

Monitoring at the location, on Sriwijaya II Street, RT 04 RW 01, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, was seen a number of masses carrying banners. Also appeared a number of people wearing a white shirt that read 'Bajul Rowo' behind him.

Also visible in the side of the house, a white banner that reads "Don't Take Our Red and White House, Red and White Is Final". In addition, it also appears in the red banner, namely "This Red and White House is the home of the nation's children, red and white is final".

Although it has entered 10.15 WIB, the South Jakarta District Court officers and police officers were not yet present at the location. In fact, it was promised that the South Jakarta District Court would be carried out at 09.00 WIB.

Previous information, South Jakarta District Court Public Relations Djuyamto said, his party would confiscate Guruh's House this morning.

"At 09.00," he said, when confirmed, Thursday, August 2.

Djuyamto said that the house occupied by Guruh will be confiscated as Decision Number 757/Pdt.G/2014/PN.JKT.Sel.

Djuyamto explained that the PN had sent warning letters to Guruh. Therefore in accordance with the court's decision, his party will execute confiscation on 3 August 2023.

"In accordance with the decision number 757/Pdt.G/2014/PN.JKT.Sel, the house occupied by Guruh is owned by Susy Angkawijaya, an execution applicant," explained Djuyamto.

Based on searching in the South Jakarta District Court's Case Search Information System (SIPP), the panel of judges decided that the lawsuit filed by Guruh Soekarnoputra was revoked. In his lawsuit, Guruh requested that he be legally declared as the owner of the luxury home.

"Granted the request for the revocation of the plaintiff's case. Declared a lawsuit number 1008/Pdt.G/2022/PN.JKT.sel was revoked," the verdict was said on the South Jakarta District Court SIPP page, quoted on Tuesday.
