JAKARTA - Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono said the construction of the State Palace and Presidential Office in the State Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago, East Kalimantan, will be completed in July 2024.

"In front of the Presidential Palace area, there is a plaza and a ceremonial field. We hope that by the end of December 2023 the ceremony will be completed. Basuki assessed that the IKN infrastructure development was running according to the implementation schedule, and there were even some progress of development that was faster than planned, such as the construction of the State Palace Building, Presidential Office, and the Arrangement of the National Advertisement.
