Gibran Angry Solo City Government Account Admin Not Solutive Residents' Response: Should Solve Problems

Surakarta Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka asked his subordinates to serve residents optimally following complaints from residents regarding the length of service time from the local government.

"Yes, we have to solve the problem," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, July 20.

Gibran explained that there was one resident who could not take care of the letter for work needs during working hours.

However, he considered that the response from the service officer through the Solo City Government account did not provide a solution to the complaint.

Gibran assessed that service officers should not be pegged during working hours. Especially if the letter is immediately needed by the residents concerned.

"That's the problem, he can't take care of it during working hours. Yes, wis to (yes already, ed) just ask for a cellphone (cellphone number, ed). Mas asks for his cellphone, for example gosend right or let's meet outside of work hours. There must be an 'extra effort'," he said.

Gibran admitted that it was a hassle to be a service officer. However, this must be done to provide public comfort in managing administration.

"The point is that residents should not be complicated and we don't want to be long-winded. We make it easier for the community," he said.

Previously, through his personal Twitter account, Gibran seemed angry with one of the service officers.

The anger of Gibran emerged starting from the complaints of Solo residents addressed to the official account of the Solo City Government @PEMKOT_SOLO. The owner of the @Msidiqprasetyo account wrote "Pripun ngih mas... take care of employee employee certificates... Saturday Friday holiday closed at 11 o'clock... confused about how much niki took care of it instead of... Monday until Friday tasih welcomed... wancine Friday rodo loose even closed... @gibran_tweet @PEMKOT_SOLO. (How about that, mas.. making letters for employees, Saturday-Sunday holidays, Friday close at 11. Confused when will this make it happen again, Monday-Friday is still working, Friday time is a little loose and even closed).

The tweet was responded to by the admin @PEMKOT_SOLO regarding the regulation of service hours for residents and the articles in it. Seeing the reply, Gibran immediately responded.

"'I'm happy to hear your family answer the residents' complaints. Ra is a solution to blas. Wes doesn't take care of dewe wae (I don't like you to answer residents' complaints. It's not a solution at all. I'll take care of it myself)'," he wrote.
