PT PNM Conducts Data Collection Of Garut Residents Whose Names Are Profited To Provide Money Loans

GARUT - PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) conducted a search on the number of residents who were used to borrow money from the institution. The goal is to determine the exact number of victims, the value of losses, and find out the party responsible for the case. "We are currently verifying the number of victims who feel aggrieved," said Deputy Chairperson of the Garut Branch PNM Wahyu Ferdian in Garut, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, July 19. PNM Garut has received hundreds of residents who are victims of accusations of borrowing money from the Mekaar PNM program in Sukabakti Village, Tarogong Kidul District, Garut. Based on this information, he said, PNM together with the village government, and the police immediately investigated the report on the money loan problem that the resident complained about. "We have discussed with the village with the police, local villages, with the local community, the process is all going on again," he said. He conveyed that PNM was also conducting an internal investigation regarding the business capital financing program in groups, related to the results that were still in process. "Yes, we'll see the process later," he said. Kaur Umum Desa Sukabakti, Kartini said, based on the results of data collection, 407 people reported that they had borrowed the money. "There are 407 people who have entered the village," he said. The case began when a bill emerged to residents from PNM, while residents did not feel that they had borrowed money from the capital loan program, which averaged Rp. 2 million. Selanjutnya dilaporkan ke pemerintah desa, lalu dilakukan penelusuran diketahui banyak warga Desa Sukabakti yang dicatut identitasnya diduga oleh oknum ketua kelompok PNM Mekaar di desa tersebut yang saat ini tidak diketahui keberadaannya.
