Karding Asks The Government To All Out Support The Innovation Of Nikuba Karya Aryanto Misel

JAKARTA - Commission VII of the House of Representatives encourages the Government to provide full support for Aryanto Misel who succeeded in creating a water converter into a vehicle fuel called Nikuba (Niku Banyu). After reaping controversy, the tool created by the automotive engineer finally received attention from one of the automotive manufacturers in Europe.

"The government must be responsive and pro-active in embracing and supporting the development of the capabilities and innovations of the nation's children in order to motivate the birth of extraordinary works from Indonesian sons and daughters," said Member of Commission VII DPR, Abdul Kadir Karding, Thursday, July 6.

The Nikuba that Aryanto Misel found was able to convert water into hydrogen and could be used as fuel to replace gasoline or fuel for motorized vehicles. The revolutionary technology is an innovative driving system that combines electrical power with internal combustion engines, and produces tremendous power with low emissions.

This finding has been used by the TNI Village Development Officer (Babinsa) personnel from the Resort Command063/Sunan Jati, Cirebon, and Regional Military Command III/Siliwangi, Bandung. Even so, some people think that Nikuba's technology does not quite make sense.

Karding assessed that the potential of the country's children should be given appreciation because various innovation breakthroughs can have an impact on the advancement of Indonesian technology. Moreover, caring and support that can expand research opportunities and innovation development can also become the nation's future capital.

"We should provide support in various ways, including support in research to encourage more of the country's children to create revolutionary findings," Karding said.

The findings of Nikuba are quite proud. If it can be perfected with the support of the Government, it is not impossible that this innovation will free us from fossil fuels whose numbers continue to decrease every year," he added.

Aryanto Misel discovered Nikuba Hydrogen in 2019 after conducting an experiment to separate water into hydrogen and oxygen using electrolysis. From the results of his experiment, Aryanto Misel then created a Nikuba Hydrogen device that could convert water into vehicle fuel so that it no longer uses fossil fuels.

Although he had received sharp criticism from a number of Indonesian technology circles, Nikuba is now being looked at by automotive manufacturers in Europe. Even the brand conducted a direct survey to Cirebon.

Nikuba kemudian mendapat kesempatan untuk dispresentasikan pada beberapa pabrikan otomotif Italia pada tanggal 18 Juni lalu di Milan, Italia. Memang tidak disebutkan brand Italia apa saja yang menyaksikan kerja Nikuba, namun diketahui beberapa produsen otomotif negeri Pizza tersebut di antaranya seperti Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aprilia dan Ducati.

"Our nation is creative in work but also likes to criticize other people's works. So it is better if the habit of appreciating must come first. Meanwhile, judiciary and criticism follow what must be done in a fair and correct way," Karding said.

"So don't let it be ironic, where innovation of the nation's children is underestimated by the nation itself but is highly appreciated in the international world. I think things like this often happen and we should avoid it," continued the legislator from the Central Java VI electoral district.

With Aryanto Misel invited to a leading automotive company in the world, according to Karding, this proves that innovation of the country's children is recognized by the international community. In addition to making the nation proud, Aryanto Misel's innovation also has the potential to advance the world of the Indonesian automotive industry.

"The government must support innovation that can change the game and provide great benefits for the nation. Don't be silent while the work of the nation's children is global, make this a reference for others by providing full support," said Karding.

Karding said the Government's support for technological innovation of the country's children will not only boost economic growth. But it will also create new jobs, increase the country's competitiveness, and reduce dependence on imported technology.

"The government needs to be aware of the great potential that Indonesian children have in producing technological innovations that can change the game in various sectors," Karding explained.

In addition, Karding considers it also important for the Government to create flexible and responsive regulations on technological developments. He hopes that good regulations will help create a conducive environment for innovation, without ignoring aspects of consumer security and protection.

"With clear and supportive regulations, innovators can feel safer and guaranteed in developing their brilliant ideas," Karding concluded.
