JAKARTA - A man with the initials PJ (41) was found dead hanging himself in an empty house, Jalan Cempaka Putih Tengah Raya, RW 04, Cempaka Putih Timur Village, Cempaka Putih District, Central Jakarta. The Head of Cempaka Putih Police, Kompol Bernard Saragih, confirmed the incident.

"Yes, it is true that there are suicides in this empty house. The initials are PJ, he is the son of the head of the RT," said Kompol Bernard when confirmed, Tuesday, July 4.

Kompol Bernard said it was estimated that the corpse had died for more than 3 days. It is suspected that PJ was desperate to end his life by hanging himself due to illness. "Temporary suspicion due to illness," he said.

Ismoko, PJ's parents confirmed that the suicide was his child and was still active at the Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Unit. It is known that the victim was depressed because the pain he suffered did not heal. "My son was an accident and broke his leg. It seems that he was depressed because of the illness he suffered and is still active as a police officer," he explained. Until now, the police are still conducting an in-depth investigation regarding the police officers who died, ending his life in a pathetic way. While the case is handled by the Cempaka Putih Police.
