JAKARTA The scene of the case of the abortion case in a house in the Kemayoran area, Central Jakarta, went smoothly. Monday, July 3, police officers managed to find evidence in the form of fetal organ tissue in the second septic tank, which was burglarized by PPSU officers. Central Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Komarudin at the scene explained that the perpetrator with the initials SN (51) was the executor of the patient who wanted to be aborted. How long is the process?

Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Komarudin explained that every abortion patient who comes to the practice house at Sumur Batu, Kemayoran, can abort the content in just under 10 minutes.

"Recognition from SN to work on one patient takes 5-10 minutes. Then, rest, make sweet tea, (patients) sleep a little," said Komarudin at the location, Monday, July 3.

Komarudin still explained that SN was not alone, he was assisted by his assistant, NA (33). NA as an administration in the practice. Such as searching for and contacting patients and accompanying patients from the pick-up location to the abortion clinic.

After the abortion process was complete and took a break, the patient was brought back to the pick-up deposit by NA. Komarudin said, the suspect used a simple medical device, namely clamps, vacuum equipment and medicines to stimulate the fetus out.

There is almost no process of sterilizing medical devices used for the practice of abortion.

"With a clamp, then vacuum. Stimulate it with medicine to run it off, then just plug it in with a tool. From there it comes out, continues to be sucked in vacuum, then thrown into a ditch," said Komarudin.

The police have named nine people as suspects in the practice of illegal abortion, namely SN and NA, SW (42) who are housewives and are tasked with cleaning tools, including cleaning houses.

Then, the fourth suspect is SA who works as a driver to pick up the patient to the location of the action.

The other five suspects were patients, namely JW, IR, IF and AW and a man, namely a lover from AW who delivered and ordered him to have an abortion.

The suspects were charged with Article 76 letter c in conjunction with Article 80 paragraph 3 concerning the Child Protection Act with a penalty of 15 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 3 billion.
