KPU Ensures National Level DPT Results Don't Distinguish Tribes And Religions

JAKARTA - Member of the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU) Betty Epsilon Idroos ensured that the recapitulation of the final voter list (DPT) at the national level for the General Election (Pemilu) 2024 did not discriminate between ethnicity and religion.Betty said that in establishing the DPT, her party referred to Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections. This was conveyed by Betty in response to reporters' questions regarding the clarity of the electoral rights of the nomadent people in Indonesia. Betty detailed that the number of DPT consisted of 102,218,503 male voters and 102,588,719 female voters.
