"From the suspect's hands, we secured several files of appointment as PKH companion, one payment data file for Jayagiri Village, a bank account sheet in the name of Deuis Mimpalah and 17 ATM cards belonging to the beneficiary which the perpetrator never gave," said Police Grand Commissioner Adjutant Rifai.

The perpetrator will be charged under Article 8 of Law number 20 of 2001 concerning amendments to Law number 31 of 1999 concerning corruption with the threat of imprisonment for 15 years.
