PALU - Director of the Undata Palu General Hospital (RS), Central Sulawesi, Herry Mulyadi, said that the operation to remove the uterus of a teenager victim of rape of 11 men in Parigi Moutong was likely to be canceled.

"The results of the CT scan are good and the results of the treatment are quite significant and show positive things," said Herry in Palu as reported by ANTARA, Friday, June 9.

Undata Palu Hospital continues to provide treatment and the plan is that in July it will again conduct an examination to see the progress of patient recovery.

"The reaction of the drug given is quite good, we are waiting for three weeks of treatment and then a re-examination is carried out, if the results show healing, then the operation is cancelled," he said.

The team of doctors is considering having surgery, due to the patient's age factor. If surgery is carried out, there will be negative effects that will affect the patient's immune system.
