From there, the Disnakertansgi mediator team will mediate with employers and employees to find solutions to this problem. If an agreement appears, the DKI Provincial Government will give the company a deadline of several months to follow up.

"After mediation, we give 4 to 5 months to pay. If we mediate, we can't immediately send it to our supervisors. This time's supervision, if he can't, then we will give sanctions," said Hari.

Then, if the specified deadline ends but the company has not been able to pay off employee THR, the DKI Provincial Government will impose administrative sanctions. "There are various sanctions. It can be the revocation of the company's identification number, the suspension of permits," he added.
