Mario Dandy And Lukas Shane Are Now Prisoners At The Cipinang Detention Center

The South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari Jaksel) has decided that Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas (19) will be detained at the Class I Cipinang State Detention Center (Rutan), East Jakarta for 20 days.

"We have received the two suspects and they have been formally investigated," said Head of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office (Kajari) Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, May 26.

Syarief said the detention of the two had been transferred to the public prosecutor (JPU) for the next 20 days at the Cipinang Class I Detention Center.

Now, the prosecutor's office will complete the indictment and will be tried in a short time to be transferred to the South Jakarta District Court for trial.

"There are 12 prosecutors who have prepared Sambo and 17 witnesses," he said.

Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas arrived at the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office on Friday afternoon at 14.50 WIB wearing orange prison clothes at Polda Metro Jaya.

At 15.20 WIB, Mario and Shane left the South Jakarta Kejari by entering the car to the Cipinang detention center, East Jakarta.

Previously, the suspects in the case of mistreatment of David Ozora (17), namely Mario Dandy Satriyo (20) and Shane Lukas (19) underwent a medical examination in the Medical and Health Sector (Biddokkes) before being handed over to the South Jakarta District Attorney.

Mario(20) and Shane (19) were two suspects in the persecution of David Ozora (17) on Monday (20/2), including involving AG's son (15) as a child with a legal conflict (ABH).

The panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court sentenced AG (15) to three years and six months in a special child development institution (LPKA) on Monday (10/4).

The decision was strengthened by the DKI Jakarta High Court which continued to impose sanctions on children in conflict with AG's (15) law for three years and six months on Thursday (27/4).
