JAKARTA - Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko again invited young Indonesians to attend the Class II Presidential Staff School (SSP). This open invitation was conveyed when inaugurating the launch of SSP Force II, at the Jakarta National Awakening Museum, Monday, May 22.

Moeldoko ensured that through the Presidential Staff School, young Indonesians will have experience in how difficult it is to manage the country. This is because participants will work and be directly involved with Experts at the Presidential Staff Office in solving various problems in the implementation of strategic issues and priority programs of the President.

"So I invite Indonesia's superior talents to register and compete fairly for this rare opportunity," said Moeldoko.

As is known, this Presidential Staff School took place for the first time last July. Given that at that time it was still not free from the COVID-19 pandemic, participants were limited to registrants from the area around the capital. No less than 60 thousand registrants were selected to produce 35 participants.

This year the Presidential Staff School of the Second Force is reopening by providing opportunities for youth from all over Indonesia. This time in its implementation, the Presidential Staff Office collaborates with Pertamina. These two state-owned institutions will work together to produce candidates for national leaders who understand the complexity of managing the country.

Moeldoko emphasized that young Indonesians must start preparing themselves to become national leaders. One of them is by understanding various state problems. Moreover, currently Indonesia faces many challenges both in the global and local environments.

Meanwhile, VP Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina Fadjar Djoko Santoso said that the involvement of PT Pertamina in organizing the Presidential Staff School was inseparable from PT Pertamina's commitment to provide space for young people to contribute to national development, especially in realizing national energy security and creating fair energy.

"Pertamina is also ready to accommodate SSP alumni who want to have a career in Pertamina," said Fadjar.

Apart from being attended by the Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko, Deputy IV KSP Juri Ardiantoro, and VP Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina Fadjar Djoko Santoro, the launch of the Force II Presidential Staff School (SSP) also presented a number of SSP alumni of Force I.
