JAKARTA - The arrest of Lucinta Luna adds to the long list of problems for artists who are entangled with drugs. The Community Legal Aid Institute (LBHM) views the problem of using narcotics should use a health perspective, not just a form of punishment in a criminal case.

Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said that the prescription for hard drugs was obtained from one of the doctors at the hospital in Jakarta. However, it is not yet known how the IF alias FLO can get the doctor's prescription.
"We understand where to get Rikolna, (recognition of IF aka FLO) is indeed a prescription from a doctor from a hospital in Jakarta," said Yusri in Jakarta.

"Obviously there is a violation, it is not given free of charge because the doctor's prescription is a strong drug," said Yusri.
