Land Dispute At PIK 2, PT MBM: Thief Shouts Thief

JAKARTA - Property development company PT Mandiri Bangun Makmur (MBM) responded to the statement by Suminta Chandra's heirs who claimed to own a land area of 7.8 hectares on Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2.

Through his attorney, Aulia Fahmi emphasized that there was no physical control by thugs related to the land. Aulia also said that MBM is not a land mafia.

"It is not true that there is physical control by thugs, he is the land mafia because he falsified documents. That is the characteristic, so be careful there is a mafia shouting mafia, thieves shouting thieves," said Aulia in her statement, Thursday, May 11.

Aulia again explained that her party already had a location permit from the Tangerang Regent. Even in 2015, MBM was also given power by the heirs of The Pit Nio as stated in the Deed of Power No. 11 dated March 9, 2015 on the object of the land of SHM No. 5/Lemo on behalf of THE PIT NIO, covering an area of 87,100 square meters issued by the Tanah Tangerang Registration Office.

Aulia added, the beginning of the problem with Charlie Chandra (as Suminta Chandra's heir) occurred when the heirs of The Pit Nio felt that SHM No. 5/Lemo changed their names to Suminta Chandra without buying and selling. MBM as the heir then gave a summons for SHM No. 5/Lemo to be handed over.

"Consulating Charlie et al because they do not have the right to the SHM, because AJB number 38 dated February 9, 1988, which is the basis for transferring names to Suminta Chandra, is invalid because there is an element of forgery since the first transition from Chairil Widjaja to AJB No. 202/12/1/1882 dated March 12, 1982 between The Pit Nio and Niochairil Widjaja," he explained.

The forgery was stated in the court's decision Number: 596/PID/S/1993/PN/TNG which stated that the defendant Paul Chandra had made a fingerprint or fingerprint stamp on the deed of sale and purchase of land No. 202/12/1/1882 dated March 12, 1982, on behalf of the witness The Pit Nio for the realization of the sale and purchase of land certificate number 5 in the name of The Pit Nio.

Aulia said that MBM had reported allegations of fake letters and embezzlement for the control of SHM Number 5/Lemo with reported Charlie and his friends and Chairil Widjaja. The report is registered with Number: STTLP/B/6653/XII/2021/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, dated December 28, 2021.

Until finally, on March 27, 2023, the police report was withdrawn because in February 2023 Charlie submitted a request to change the name of SHM Number 5/Lemo, originally on behalf of Suminta Chandra, to become Suminta Chandra's heir.

"I know this from the existence of the Minutes of Confiscation of Certificates of Ownership No. 5/Lemo from Wahyono as an employee of the Tangerang Regency BPN on March 3, 2023," he said.
