The Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) of West Sumatra (West Sumatra) thwarted the circulation of 8.5 kilograms (kg) of dried marijuana brought by two couriers in Padang City.

Head of the West Sumatra BNNP Brigadier General Pol Sukria Gaos said one of the two couriers arrested was a minor with the initials MFR (16) who came from Pariaman City.
