TURKEY - The Ukrainian delegation punched a Russian delegation in the face at a meeting of the Black Sea countries in Ankara, Turkey.
The incident began with the Ukrainian flag which was seized by the Russian delegation for the time of taking the interview video.
Olesandr Marikovski posted a video of himself hitting the Russian delegation and taking the blue and yellow flag on his Facebook page. The incident took place in the aisle of the parliament building, where a meeting of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) was held.
