According to Bagus, the Cisumdawu Toll Road can be used for backflow starting Monday, April 24 or D+1 Lebaran 2023. However, its use is only functional, starting from the Ujung Jaya Utama Toll Gate at KM 216 to the Cimalaka area at KM 184. Thus, the current that crosses the functional route is only one direction from the Cipali Toll Road towards Bandung; while for vehicles originating from the Bandung direction, the Cisumdawu Toll Road is directed out through the Cimalaka Toll Gate. He said the Ciwsumdawu Toll Road could be used for backflow for a week from April 24 to May 1. After that, the project on the Cisumdawu Toll Road will continue to complete a number of areas that have not been completed. Previously, the Director of Traffic (Dirlantas) of the West Java Police, Kombes Pol. Wibowo said the vehicle could cross the functional route of the Cisumdawu Toll Road from 06.00 to 15.00 WIB. However, it is possible that the functional duration of the Ciwsumdawu toll road will be extended by looking at the conditions of the backflow from the east on the Cipali Toll Road.
