There Is A Code 'Everyone Happy' And 'Antar Musang King' In The Bandung Mayor Yana Mulyana's Bribery Case

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) found the code used by the bribe giver of the Mayor of Bandung Yana Mulyana when handing over the money. This finding was obtained after investigators examined those caught in a hand arrest operation (OTT).

Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, revealed that the first code was'verybody happy' or everyone was happy when the Secretary of the Bandung City Government Transportation Service Khairul Rijal received money from the CEO of PT Citra Jelajah Informatika (CIFO) Sony Setiadi. The receipt of the money to smooth out the company received the Bandung Smart City internet network procurement project.

The KPK said the money was received by the Head of the Bandung City Government Transportation Service Dadang Darmawan through Khairul and Yana received it from his secretary. The giving began with a meeting at the Bandung Mayor's pavilion or official residence in August 2022.

"After DD and YM received the money, KR informed RH by saying'verybody happy'," Ghufron told reporters at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Sunday, April 16 in the morning.

After receiving the money, PT CIFO then won the internet service supply project at the Bandung Transportation Agency. The project value reached IDR 2.5 billion.

"Information was obtained on the handover of money from SS and AG to YM using the term'manggot king'," said Ghufron.

The KPK revealed that the initial evidence of receiving money by Yana and Dadang reached Rp. 924.6 million. However, said Ghufron, this amount could increase because Yana was suspected of receiving money from various parties.

"From the results of the examination, the KPK team also received information and data on the receipt of other money by YM as Mayor of Bandung from various parties which will continue to be explored further," he said.

The KPK has named six people as suspects in the process of procuring the internet network and CCTV for the Bandung Smart City Program. They are the Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana; Head of the Bandung City Government Transportation Service Dadang Darmawan; Secretary of the Bandung City Government Transportation Service Khairul Rijal, Director of PT Sarana Mitra Adiguna, Benny; CEO of PT Citra Jelajah Informatika (CIFO) Sony Setiadi; and Manager of PT Sarana Mitra Adiguna (SMA) Andreas Guntoro.

The six will be detained for the first 20 days in three different detention centers. Yana is being held at the KPK Rutan, KPK Red and White Building Branch, Dadang and Khairul are being held at Mako Puspomal, while the rest are being held at the KPK Detention Center at Pomdam Jaya Guntur.
