JAKARTA - Deputy Chairperson of the National Mandate Party (PAN) Viva Yoga Mauladi, denied that the discourse of a major coalition initiated by five general chairmen of political parties (parpol) supporting the government on the orders of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).

According to him, Jokowi's arrival during a gathering at PAN headquarters some time ago was to listen to the ideals of political parties supporting the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet. "There is no direction from the President. "Because all political parties supporting the government are included in it, we ask for the President's advice," said Viva.

Viva said President Jokowi respects the rights of each political party regarding the formation of this major coalition. The President, he said, did not intervene in the mechanisms and decisions of each political party.
