JAKARTA - The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) has decided to deactivate Muhammad Rizky Alamsyah as the Commitment Making Officer of the Directorate of Sea Transportation. This is in the aftermath of his wife showing off her assets on social media.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Transportation Adita Irawati said Rizky was deactivated after being asked for information with his wife on Sunday night.
"Brother Muhammad Rizky Alamsyah has now been temporarily disabled from his position, to make it easier for further investigations to be carried out," said Adita in a written statement received in Jakarta, Monday, March 27.
Adita explained that his party's actions against Muhammad Rizky were in accordance with the provisions in Government Regulation number 94 of 2021 concerning the discipline of Civil Servants (PNS).
“ Will soon be further investigated by an internal team consisting of elements of superiors, supervisory elements and personnel elements. If it is proven that there is a disciplinary violation, of course, sanctions will be given in accordance with applicable regulations, ” he said.
