SOUTH KALIMANTAN - President Joko Widodo invites all parties to bring up new ways to compete in realizing an advanced Indonesia, because competition between countries is not easy.

This was conveyed by the President in his remarks at the Istighosah and the Mutual Prayer of Rabithah Melayu-Banjar, Tabalong, South Kalimantan (Kalsel), Friday, March 17.

"Competition between countries is not easy and easy, so if we don't bring up new ways to compete, we will lose, and will continue to become a developing country," he said, monitored via the Presidential Secretariat's Youtube live broadcast, confiscated by Antara.

He stressed that many countries in Latin America and Asia continue to develop for 50-70 years because they do not dare to change themselves.

According to the President, the courage to change yourself in new ways must be considered in the future, so that the younger generation gets used to it and can compete.

"Because they don't dare to change themselves, their human resources in new ways, with hard work, change their mindset, that's what they think in the future, so that the young ones want to work hard, because all of these brothers and sisters will compete with human resources. -HR other countries," said Jokowi.
