Floods, 3 Boys In Tangerang Died While Playing Inundation After Rainy Last Night

TANGERANG - Three children died as well as being electrocuted while playing in a flood in Tanjung Burung, Teluk Naga, Tangerang Regency after it rained since Wednesday night, March 1.

Based on the video received by the VOI team, it was seen that a number of residents and officers evacuated the three victims.

It appears that the residents participated in evacuating the bodies in the pouring rain and floods that reached the knee of adults.

"3 young RT 13 children died due to being electrocuted by Tanjung Burung, Teluk Naga, Tangerang, Thursday, March 2, 2023," said the video recorder seen by VOI, Thursday, March 2.

Contacted separately, the Head of the Tangerang Regency BPBD, Ujat Sudrajat, confirmed the incident. Ujat said the incident occurred on Thursday morning, March 2.

"Members are going to the crime scene again," said Ajat when confirmed.

He said that currently his party is also deploying boats to the scene of the case, to help evacuate victims and deal with flooding in the area.

"Pakuhaji Post sent a boat to the Kosambi Post, related to flooding in Tanjung burung Village 86," he concluded.
