Tambora Police Chief Gives Explanation The Figure Of The Perpetrator Of Sexual Harassment In Transjakarta Buses Is Not A PHL Pospol

The Tambora Police Chief Kompol Putra Pratama confirmed that the perpetrator of sexual harassment in Transjakarta, named Mufarok (56) did not work at the Tambora Police Post, but the Tambora Traffic Police Post.

"From the information, the Poslantas PHL is in the Traffic Unit (Lantas)," said Kompol Putra to VOI, Tuesday, February 21.

Previously, it was stated that the perpetrator claimed to be a casual daily worker (PHL) at the Tambora Police Post. However, after being traced, the perpetrator did not work at the Tambora Pospol or Pol sub-sector.

"If (Pos Polantas) the police station is under the police, not under the police station," he said.

Previously, the perpetrator of sexual harassment against a woman with the initials H who occurred on a TransJakarta bus had been arrested. The perpetrator is a casual daily officer (PHL) of the Tambora Police Post (Pospol).

"The perpetrator is a casual daily worker in Tambora who is named Mufarok, 56 years old," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko to reporters, Tuesday, February 21.
