BMKG Predicts A Number Of Cloudy Weather In Jakarta, Beware Of Rain Accompanied By Lightning In The Afternoon

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) estimates that throughout the day, cloudy weather will dominate Jakarta.

Reported by Antara, Thursday, January 7, the cloudy weather is expected to be felt in four urban areas in the morning, namely West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta and East Jakarta.

Meanwhile, North Jakarta and the Thousand Islands are expected to experience light rain.

During the day, the weather is predicted to change, this time for the South Jakarta and East Jakarta areas it is expected to experience light rain while other areas will remain shrouded in cloudy weather.

For the rain that day, BMKG also prepared an early warning for residents of South Jakarta and East Jakarta to stay alert for potential lightning and thunder.

"Be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning / lightning in South Jakarta and East Jakarta in the afternoon," said BMKG.

Entering the evening, it is estimated that the weather will turn back evenly to sunny and cloudy in the six cities and districts in DKI Jakarta.

The average temperature throughout the day in the capital is estimated to be in the range of 25 to 28 degrees Celsius.

With details, West Jakarta 23-28 celsius, Central Jakarta 25-28 celsius, South Jakarta 23-29, East Jakarta 23-29 celsius, North Jakarta 25-28 celsius and the Seribu Islands 26-28 celsius.

Meanwhile, the humidity level for today is in the range of 80-95 percent.

With details, West Jakarta has a humidity of 80-100 percent, Central Jakarta 80-95 percent, South Jakarta 80-100 percent, East Jakarta 80-100 percent, North Jakarta 80-95 percent, and the Thousand Islands 85-95 percent.
