The COVID-19 Task Force released the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 as of today. A total of 29,214 specimens were examined today. As a result, there were 247 new positive cases of COVID-19.

"The total accumulation of positive cases since COVID-19 was discovered in Indonesia has reached 6,733,215 people and active cases have increased by 35 to 4,026 cases," said COVID-19 Task Force data, Tuesday, February 14.

The province with the newest cases is DKI Jakarta with 89 cases and a total of 1,540,799 cases. Followed by West Java which has 52 new cases with a total of 1,235,661 cases. Banten has 31 new cases and a total of 366,188 cases. East Java has 29 new cases and a total of 637,843 cases.

The province with the most recovered cases today belongs to DKI Jakarta with an additional 86 recovered cases. Followed by West Java with an additional 40 recovered cases, Banten with an additional 21 recovered cases, and Central Java with an additional 17 recovered cases.

In addition, the number of specimens that had been examined using RT-PCR, TCM, and antigen reached 115,119,086.

The number of people suspected of contracting COVID-19 or who are currently categorized as suspected cases was recorded at 1,761 people. Currently, 34 provinces have had cases of COVID-19.
