JAKARTA - There are no cases of harassment or rape in Magelang. The panel of judges did not find any evidence. In fact, the background of Yosua or Brigadier J was killed because of feelings of hurt by Putri Candrawati.

The couple Ferdy Sambo and Putri have indeed received the maximum verdict from the panel of judges at the South Jakarta District Court. The death penalty and 20 years in prison for them.

But the juridical analysis of the panel of judges actually raises big questions. The judge rejected the alleged abuse and instead put forward the motive of Putri Candrawati's heartache.

In their consideration, the panel of judges believes that there is no element of sexual harassment or rape in the series of cases of alleged premeditated murder of Yosua alias Brigadier J.

From the various facts of the trial and the tools attached, the motive for the murder actually led to the hurt of Putri Candrawathi with the attitude or actions of Brigadier J.

"So the more appropriate motive according to the panel of judges was the act or attitude of the victim Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat, where the act or attitude of the victim Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat caused a very deep feeling of hurt towards Putri Candrawati," said Chairman Wahyu Iman Santosa during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, February 13.

During the trial, Putri Candrawathi admitted that Brigadier J raped her at Magelang's house, on July 7.

However, there is not a single supporting fact to prove this confession, such as a visum et repertum.

So far, Putri only claims to have evidence of a psychological post-mortem that explains that she is experiencing stress and traumatic after being a victim of harassment.

"So that such reasons should be put aside," said Judge Wahyu.

Another consideration was also conveyed by the member of the Putri case, Alimin Ribut Sudjono. He said that the defendant's motive for making up the story of the alleged harassment had not been clearly revealed.

"Why did the defendant have to make a misleading story in such a way that Ferdy Sambo's husband was so angry, and was triggered by the murder of the victim Yosua so that the defendant could not come back and his own story was trapped. As a result, the defendant was actually involved in participating in the plan to kill the victim of Yosua," Alimin explained.

"In fact, previously the relationship between the defendant and the victim was very close and good. The defendant's evidence had praised the victim Yosua by discussing the photo of the victim Yosua while ironing, and sending it to the victim's family in Jambi," he continued.

The judge was surprised because suddenly Putri changed her attitude towards Yosua. Making up the story to Ferdy Sambo who eventually took Yosua's life.

Meanwhile, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi always said that Brigadier J had sexually harassed or raped at Magelang's house, on July 7.

In fact, that was emphasized by Ferdy Sambo as the motive behind the shooting that led to the death of Brigadier J.
