The Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta admitted that he would directly inspect the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) to see the condition of road access to and from the stadium built by former DKI Governor Anies Baswedan. This follows up on complaints that surfaced against access to JIS after the Dewa 19 concert some time ago. The concert audience complained about the chaos of traffic that had stalled at the location. "I have summoned the Head of the Citata Service (Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning, and Land). We will meet in the field later. I will go to the field," said Heru at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Friday, February 10. When visiting the stadium located in Papanggo Village, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, Heru will look for ways to temporarily create new access for vehicles leaving JIS so that they do not accumulate on the usual roads. In line with that, the DKI Provincial Government also plans to build a new road. "I want to see, whether there is or not in the near future (access) we can cut it, at least for the evacuation route (out of JIS). If the back is JIS, through Lake (Cincin), we are still reviewing it," said Heru. Regarding the plan to build a new road behind JIS, Head of the DKI Jakarta Highways Agency Hari Nugroho said the tranci road would later be connected to the Port (Harbour / HBR) I toll road. “ From the Harbour I toll road, a ramp off (way off the main road) in Papanggo then circled to Jalan Dana Bisma, Jalan Utama to Jalan RE Martadinata,” said Hari.
