KENDARI - The City Government of Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi (Sultra), through the Health Office targets that by 2023 it will reduce maternal and infant mortality rates or MMR when giving birth to a minimum of below three cases in one hundred thousand births.

"The case of the death of our baby / toddler is still six cases / 100,000 births while the mother is 4 cases," said Head of Baubau Health Office, dr. Lukman was quoted by ANTARA, Friday, February 3.
