This case was taken over from the NTT Regional Police through the Deputy for Supervision and Coordination for region V. This process, said Ali, was confirmed according to KPK Law Number 19 of 2019.
"The entire process and stages of the case acquisition were carried out by the KPK's mechanisms and authorities," he said.
Ali asked the public to continue to monitor the investigation into this alleged corruption. Any information will be submitted later.
"So that the process of investigating this case goes according to legal rules, the KPK will always provide information developments to the public as a form of transparency," he concluded.
