Cibeber Police Cilegon Police secured a group of students who wanted to fight on the South Ring Road in Cilegon City, the perpetrator was arrested by the Cibeber Police on the Mandiri Housing Access Road, Cilegon, Thursday, January 26, at around 20.00 WIB.

Cibeber Police Chief AKP Suhel confirmed that the Cibeber Police had secured a group of students who wanted to fight.

"We managed to secure 5 people who wanted to fight on the South Ring Road in Cilegon City, 4 people were students and 1 person was not a student," said Suhel in a written statement, Friday, January 27.

The five perpetrators were JM (15) a student of SMK Cilegon, MF (15) a student of SMK Cilegon, AT (15) a student of SMK Cilegon, FR (15) a student of SMK Cilegon, MA (17) who did not attend school.

"Initially, FR's brother, who was informed by a friend by telephone with an unknown number, that there is another school called Banser 55 going through Jalan Lingkar Selatan from Anyer, then FR left with his friend JM to meet others at the entrance to the Praja Mandiri Cilegon housing complex at around 18.30 WIB," said Suhel.

Furthermore, Suhel said that when they were waiting for the group, they were attacked by other groups.

"They fled to the Praja Mandiri Cilegon housing complex during the clashes and were then secured by residents at that time, coinciding with the Cibeber Police Patrol Unit, which was carrying out patrols. The five perpetrators were immediately arrested without a fight," added Suhel.
