Police Make Sure There Is Only One Perpetrator In The Case Of Bali's Death Dianiaya, Mother Kandung In Cakung

JAKARTA - The Women and Children Service Unit (PPA) of the East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) named a single suspect in a case of abuse accompanied by murder by a woman with the initials NK (20) against her biological child with the initials A (2) in a rented area of Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

"In this case, the perpetrator is single. There is no involvement of other parties," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Ahsanul Muqaffi to VOI, Thursday, January 26.

Currently, the police are still examining a number of other witnesses related to the case. Although the police examined 7 people, investigators did not find any other new suspects in the toddler murder case.

"Yes, the suspect is only NK. He has been detained in the East Jakarta Police Headquarters detention cell for his actions," he said.

For his actions, the suspect NK was charged with Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 80 paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 35 Th 2014 and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning Criminal Acts of Physical Violence Against Children and / or Murder.

Previously, it was reported that a woman with the initials NK was dealing with the police for committing violence against her 2-year-old biological child who died. The victim is a toddler girl.

From NK's confession, the incident initially occurred in his cheating rented house in Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta.

Based on the information in the report, the abuse began when the victim continued to cry, then the perpetrator kicked the victim until he fell and his hand was twisted and the head of the forehead hit him. The victim was taken to the serial driver.

A few days later, the victim cried again. NK panicked and was upset, NK strangled the victim's neck using his left hand and the victim's position lay on the bed and was then released by NK. However, the victim cried again until finally NK strangled the victim again until the victim died.

After the victim died, NK took the victim to his biological mother's house with the initials W in the Pulogebang area, Cakung District. The incident was only revealed after the victim's body was washed by a neighbor W with the initials M.

When bathed, a wound was found on the victim's body, forehead, neck and right arm. When asked by W, NK answered that his son was injured in an accident in the Lebak Bulus area.

Then W did not easily believe it, he continued to ask NK but NK always cried. NK was also handed over to the Cakung Police. Then the case was transferred to the PPA unit of the East Jakarta Metro Police.
